5 Perkara Yang Korang Patut Amalkan Setiap Hari}

Assalamualaikum*wink*
Its a good day, happy day and in Shaa Allah fill with barakah. Well today, i'm going to share about 5 things :)
bukan nak jual barang, tapi nak bg info dekat korang 
what should you practise everyday...
just to make your life brighter and happier i guessed :)
So, let's check it out bbe *together*

1. Kita perlu buat senarai checklist what you need to do today. Apa yang perlu buat harini in BM. Well, macam you guys pegi shopping jugak, you need to make a list on benda penting and benda yang you mahu. kan ? But, saya rasa ramai yang tak buat. So, boleh la kita mula hari ini :)

2. Second thing is, you ned to ask yourself macam mana aku tidur harini?..hmm, myb bnda ni nampak remeh, but bila you guys arrange your sleep very well, korang akan nampak hasil. I made it okay, and my eyebay getting smaller, i became more energize and happy. Thats the fact ok ? :)

3. Third is bnda yang simple but ramai yang malas*kadang-kadang saya pon macam tu.. cuba teka?? hhaaha, ia adalah BERSENAM / EXERCISE. Well, korang tak prlu nak exercise yang teruk2 sangat. Just do simple exercise, tetambah sekarang ni zaman IT, there's a lot of apps yang boleh bntu kita exercise and burn calories for shorts period. I pernah cuba exercise non stop for 7 minutes and mmg bpeluh. Try la download 7 minutes training. Korang pon boleh agak brapa berat ideal korang with this apps :)

4. Today, korang kena pandai susun atur cara makan u olls. Its not like korang kena makan nasik banyak and lauk penuh pinggan. But try to eat in a small quantity everyday and lama-lama korang akan terbiasa. :) Trust me. I always did that and Alhamdulillah memang berkesan. Now berat sya 50 daripada 54kg. Even nampak tk bnyk but my body becomes more healthier and you guys should starts now :)

5. Last but not least is today is a new day, so you guys kena la berfikir yang harini korang nak jadik lebih baik daripada semalam. Well, bukan dari segi pemakaian je, tapi attitude, work environment and skills pon penting jugak. So, starts your day with good mindset. so, korang akan lebih productive sbb korang nak achieve the goals--------> Today is better than yesterday :)


Oh yeah. dan haneem pun dah penat mengarang . happy sangat sbb dapat share this things with you guys. Hopefully korang dapat praktikkan bnda ni and boleh bawak ilmu ni sampai tua. In Shaa Allah. Assalamualaikum ^___^
